In this model you financially participate in the construction of a particular house and exercise co-ownership in a company which owns that property and which has been specifically established for that purpose.
Such a company runs the entire project under the management of our project team. Earnings and payback periods are determined for each project and the usual investment cycle is from 9 to 18 months.The planned earnings for each project are listed in the description.
In this investment model you buy a stake in CAPITAL PARTNERS and become a preferred shareholder. Your NET dividend is guaranteed at 8% per year,clear of all taxes and surtaxes. In this way, you have a share in all the projects in which CAPITAL PARTNERS invests and which it manages.
This model does not have a fixed life-time, but can be terminated at any time with a 60-day payoff period. Profit is accrued to your account every six months: on 30th April and 30th October of the current year.

CAPITAL RENTIER is a deposit in CAPITAL PARTNERS’ bonds with a maturity of two years and an interest of 8.0% per annum; bonds with a maturity of three years with an interest rate of 8.5% per annum and bonds with a maturity of five years and an interest rate of 9.5% per annum. The interest is paid out quarterly: on 30th March, 30th June, 30th September and 30th Decemberof the current year.
